Duplicate Payment You were charged more than once for the same import service or module. Non-Functional Import Tool If the import tool or module fails to work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days. File Format Compatibility Issue If your correctly formatted file (CSV, Excel, etc.) is consistently rejected by the system and support cannot resolve the issue. Accidental Purchase (Within 24 Hours) You made a purchase by mistake and have not used the import tool yet.

❌ What is Not Covered Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances: You changed your mind after using the import feature. You misunderstood the feature but used it successfully. Incorrect or corrupted import files (e.g., bad formatting or missing headers). Failure caused by third-party plugins or custom code interfering with the import process. Delay or failure in importing due to server configuration or timeout issues on your end.
