At Uniqaz, we aim to provide reliable and efficient product import tools to help you manage your store with ease. However, due to the digital nature of our import features, we have set the following policy regarding refunds for product import-related purchases or services.
📦 What is Covered Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment You were charged more than once for the same import service or module. Non-Functional Import Tool If the import tool or module fails to work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days. File Format Compatibility Issue If your correctly formatted file (CSV, Excel, etc.) is consistently rejected by the system and support cannot resolve the issue. Accidental Purchase (Within 24 Hours) You made a purchase by mistake and have not used the import tool yet.

❌ What is Not Covered Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances: You changed your mind after using the import feature. You misunderstood the feature but used it successfully. Incorrect or corrupted import files (e.g., bad formatting or missing headers). Failure caused by third-party plugins or custom code interfering with the import process. Delay or failure in importing due to server configuration or timeout issues on your end.

🔄 How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and include the following: Order ID or payment receipt Reason for the refund request File you attempted to import (if applicable) Screenshot or error message encountered We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
